The water heater behind our bathtub/shower faucet is AMAZING. We have to turn on the water and wait for it to get cool enough for us to get in instead of waiting for it to turn from cool to hot.
I like it a lot.

Wow. That's pretty awesome. Every once in a while that will happen here with the shower heads/water heater. But not usually.

oh! the current is another cool thing about the aparment! it was there when we moved in. . . not bad at all.
